Is this a good deal on a 99 Cobra

The car is a electric green 99 Cobra with 33k miles on it basically stock has rims and intake and catback that’s it. Car is clean and he wants $14300 Firm. Should I pick it up? Charcoal interior no rips car is mint. Looking for advise.. is it wise to buy now or should I wait till 05s come out? do you forsee 99-04 stangs depreciting big time or not really?

also the 05gt might be a match for the 99cobra 300vs 320 hp not much difference might come down to driver right?

I recently paid 20000 for a stock 2001 triple black convert cobra with 34k miles on it.

I saw its a good deal...I paid 20,100 for my 01 with steeda springs, bilstein shocks struts, KB shock and strut bars and KB subframes with the #4 2003 Cobra support (not sure what that is yet). She had about 24k on her when I bought her. Coupe btw.
