Have not as other things have taken priority. Might do it this winter.

I have a write up on how to replace the heater core from an old Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords magazine. Need to hit @Noobz347 up and see if he can post it on here in the how tech section.

@Noobz347 - you expect a lot. Explain resource.

In the mean time its attached. The copy I had was grainy so I pulled to the original article from the file on the Mustang and scanned it at 600 dpi. Much better so enjoy.

I emailed NPD yesterday and got a response this morning with regards to their brass/copper heater cores.

Our M-18476-2B copper/brass heater cores are still in production and not yet available. We have 50 on order and are awaiting fulfillment from the manufacturer. We do not have an ETA, but we know they are in progress.
We appreciate your patience!!!!!!
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards,

I got one from them a few months ago. Can't comment on the longevity just yet as I don't have many miles on it, but it seems well made. Clean solder joints. I think it's the only copper / brass replacement out there. I'd shoot em an email. They might have ETA.
