Its the 3rd one down.. seems like a nice deal, but should I try to talk down or just get it? I went and looked at it, theres rust bubbles around the lock on the hatch.. and one fog light has no lense and its all discolored and trash... the whole car is kinda flat, like no cler coat.. other than that the pics and info tell the rest.. and its got around 150,000 on it

The value of used cars vary depending on the part of the country you are in. I would offer 2 grand cash and go no higher than $2400. Start low and work up. Most people price a car knowing you are gonna negotiate the price down. Down around here (I'm in southern Indiana) that is about the going rate for a car like that. But give the engine a once over (most places steam them so its hard to see major issues) also look for structural damage like the torque boxes.
