Im taking out everything in my car that i dont need, and ive ditched the smog crap earlier this year. I just now took the metal tubing out that connects to both heads and goes to the smog pump. Earlier i just had a vac cap over it. Well i took it out and the tube was filled with this thick black carbon looking crap. Also the ports in the back of the heads are clogged with this stuff as well. What is it, and is it bad? What can i do to get rid off it for now. New heads are next winters project!
