For four years my Cobra was my daily driver, driving a total of 40 miles of highway driving per day. Now I have another car for work because I was racking up some mileage. The car ran great, I just was getting used to driving it every day and the interior was starting to show some wear.
daily driver here.....with 450 RWHP it makes for an expensive task , but I wouldn't want to drive anything else. I actually have a 2001 Ford Pick-up that I drive to work and home, but I live 2 minutes from work so that doesnt really count. I just hate missing the opportunity to roll up next to an SS or a vette and be driving my truck. That would definitely be an opportunity wasted.
Yup, definitly a daily here. Runs great, makes driving to work everyday so much fun. Wouldn't drive any other, cuz then at certain times...I'd be like "Damn, wish I was in my Cobra!"
Mine is not, although today i wish i would of taken the Ranger to work its raining like crazy outside, (drag radials = no traction since there bald) I have about 70k on my '97 and about 5k on the new bottom end, the '96 Ranger is my war truck w/ 167k miles and runs like a champ.....lol....
Not as much as it used to be, as we have a little Ranger truck that I drive to work and back quite a bit of the time now. However, the Cobra is getting more and more miles these days, and the odometer is about to hit 76k miles.
well, it was when i first got it...but not in the winter...then i decided to get a truck to keep the mileage and wear off of the cobra...the cobra is more economical than the truck thats for sure
and MAN do i HATE it when i have a nice opportunity with rice or a GM car and im in my truck...that sucks so much
once i get my mac springs changed out to something less harsh, it might come out a little more often...but still not in bad weather
Mine is a daily driver. But it doesn't go to restuarants, movie theaters, shopping malls, I just take my dads truck. I drive to work, school sometimes, and to friends houses. I have put 13,000 miles on it since March of 2002. It is stored in the winter, and I am driving it daily because I sold my 98 GTP to a friend in need of a car. I picked up a 00 GT in April, and am in the process of putting that together. So until the GT is done, the Cobra is a daily driver.
