now that i have decided that a 75mm throttle body is what i want, i need to find one.

do the bbk ones whistle?
would one tapped for nitrous be ok, even if i am NEVER going to use nitrous?

any suggestions as to which ones are good or good places to get a good buy?

a 70mm t/b would be ok too, if they cost less.

thanks, chris

Get a 70mm TB... Theres no need for a 75mm with the mods you have right now or for awhile.

I would only buy an Accufab or Holley and both of those are only available for foxes.

(or FMS of cource, but those don't come in 75mm)

how much are the Holley 70mm Fox TB compaired to the Accubafs? I'm going to be doing a fox conversion soon and want to get a good one.

Cheaper, but I don't know exactly. You can call a dealer.

BBK/Edelbrock
FMS
Professional Products
MAC

Wouldn't buy any of those except the FMS. But if it came to it, BBK/Edelbrock, even though they whistle like a blower.

Is bbk owned by edelbrock? Why do you not like anything but accufab?

B.t.w. My 70mm bbk t.b doesn't whistle, but then again, I wouldn't be able to hear it if it did.

I believe BBK puts there names on Edelbrock TB's.

I didn't say I didn't like anything but Accufab. I said I wouldn't buy anything, but FMS, Accufab or Holley. I've heard too many bad stories about other brands.

Ahh..that explains why they look the same.

Yeah, I've heard stories too but only after I bought it.The only thing I've heard about the bbk tb is a screw on the inside of the tb might work itself loose.Which would be bad. Gonna have to loctite that.

Engine Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
