Well I pulled off my front bumper and the drivers side fender to replace them, and wouldn't you know it, the enegy absorber on the drivers side is pushed in and the face bar (the white thing under the bumper is cracked). I am hopin I don't have to replace the radiator core support since the energy absorber is pushed into it, and I tried hittin it out to maybe straighten it up, and the it ain't workin like I won't it to. Anybody know if I could just replace the enery absorber or do I need to replace the core support too?

The radiator support is usually thin enough that a slide hammer can pull it out good enough.
Id be more worried that the frame rail is bent though since the bumper support lines up with the rail and is usually what the support bends into.

Which car, the SVO, or the 93? the 93's bag sensor may not be thrilled with your activity there! Your core support might not need any more than the slide, but did you notice, fenders and hood line up right before? Good indicator, maybe, if you didn't notice, look at some pic's. Energy absorber you can get from, like 5.0 Resto, those places.

Well, it's on the 93, and when I bought the car, it already had the front end damage. I knew it would be some work when I bought the car, but I am always up for a challenge. When I got the car, the hood didn't line up with the fender on the drivers side, or the front bumper, But it didn't align with the front bumper since the energy absorber was bent down. So I can just buy the energy absorber and replace it, a guy at work was tellin me that I have to buy the whole core support to replace that. Which I found a whole used unit from MPS Auto Salvage which includes the core support, inner fenders and the absorbers for $350. I am gonna look at it when I get home this afternoon and see how bad it really is since it was dark when I took it all apart last night.

The MPS setup looks like it'll replace everything that could go wrong with a minor front end collision, you're gonna be replacing everything, though. Got a body shop nearby? Might wanna see if somebody who knows what their looking at can have a look before you tear off lots of things that may not need it. Lots of time/money could be spent, and it could be worse as you get it apart.

Yeah I know a couple people at some body shops, I am gonna load it on a trailer the way it sits and bring it to them to take a look at it, hopefully the damage is not to much, I am ready to get it put back together so that I can drive it, I haven't driven it in over a week and I miss it already. But when is all done it will definetly be worth the wait. Wish me some luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
