It's Been A Long Long Time...

...since Ive been on here or had a mustang. My last one was the 87 Gt that got totaled. Ive had several cars since then, but I've finally gotten a hold of a mustang again. It's an 84 LX with a 4bbl 5.0. Has a short shifter, new interior, poly bushings all around, bbk long tubes >H-pipe > Flowmasters. It has a freakin holley 750 on a stock motor with exhaust. so you can imagine, it bogs out like hell in low rpm. Im switching that to a 600 so i can do some mild work and not drown my car in fuel. motor was rebuilt in 2005. everything seems good. only things are minor. I do need to redo the steel brake lines to the rear pass. wheel. it broke, so they sealed it. brakes felt fine, but I'm still fixing it. he also threw in a 160 amp single wire alternator with the bracket. and he also gave me a new power steering bracket to match

I traded it for my old 1986 Plymouth Conquest TSI. It had a 2.6l Turbo. Garrett 60-1. external waste gate (open dump), 50mm Tial BOV, 3" down pipe to the back with a magna flow, front mount intercooler, 65mm cosworth tb, custom intake manifold, multiport injection, 550cc injectors, stock internals, 65k original miles. Emerald k6 standalone ecu, innovative lc-1 wideband, MSD Fuel Pump, MSD Coil, and thats all that comes to mind. it was quick, but idk, just didn't do it for me. So I traded it.
