I have'nt posted in a long time and am thinking of taking the cover off the car and doing some work. I am thinking of a dart block with the stroker kit I already have , afr 205 heads , same bump stick , the vortech style intake can't remember who makes it. What procharger is equall to the t-trim? I think I'm gonna ditch the s-trim. This set up Should be in the mid 600 hp range don't ya think. With around 12 psi with high cfm. What size injecters you think I'll need?

Those 42's should do it the trick(how much hp can they support you may need to change them to 48lbs/hr). I would change the cam and go custum to get the most out of the set-up. Why spend all this money and leave one of the most important items unchanged? Even changing out the flows for a straight through design muff should be in order to help reach your goal.
