If you want a factory color like Redfire, You should give that other dude a shot. Check him out, see what he does. He porbably has more time and space than I do. Plus, I only shoot HOK, no factory colors.

Redfire will be big $$$ ! And I understand your wanting red because your car is already red, but it will look like azz if the jams are solid and the body is metallic. The tones are way different too. It will be night and day. Not saying that's the worst thing in the world. The underside of the hood on my vette is still the factory Electron Blue cuz I have not had time to shoot it Tangerine yet. Just hoping you know what you are asking for.

I don't know if this is red or orange but it's definately one of the best two-tones I've seen. And that clear is flat!

Not mine, but wish it was. Belongs to LS-what? I believe.

I bet you 50 bucks that a high speed buffer and a good wax will do WONDERS for that car. Seriously, give it a shot and put lots of elbow grease into it. I bet you would be surprised..

Agreed, only problem is that the detailing will only last for about a month or so, and then it will look like crap again.
IMO, have the works done for it as far as detailing, probably cost you $200 or so, and then have it painted over the winter.

And obviously you would like a different shade of red, just remember, they aren't painting under the hood or any of the Jams, so original red (whatever it is) would be best suited. Trust me, i used to see that car everyday, when the red was in good condition, it looked great. It even had the pony's on it when it was a 4 banger.

Your right, honestly i have to find out what the origional red is. when i get home from work ill see what the paint code is. I think you should leave it as is, dont worry about the body and make it all GO! make it fry em through all 4 gears and get sideways in 5th
It has a rough, scragly beard, get it done, ass kicking look. Looks mean like that.
