Ok, this is my second time on the strip, and I'm very disappointed. Keep in mind, my AFR was around 10.2-10.8 between 5200 and 5500 rpms because I didn't have enough time to tweek my tune. This trip was kind of a last minute deal. I estimate around 330-340whp with that crap tune. My best 60' time was 2.0 with 275/50/15 MT DR's. Terrible I know, but I couldn't get them to smoke enough, and they were brand new. My best 1/4 mile was 13.45 @109 mph. I tried launching at 2500, 3000, and even 4000 rpm. Tires had 17.5 lbs of air. Any tips on the box/drag in general would be great. I feel like installing my smaller pulley lol. But I am DEFINITELY fixing the tune.

Your 60ft isn't great but it's not terrible either. A 2.0 should still get you into the 12's no prob. I would drop the pressure in those Mickey's too. I usually run 15#'s and they hook stupid bad, even with a not so great burn out they hook harder than my Nitto's ever did.

When I ran the 13.4 my 60' was 2.137. When I ran the 60' 2.0, I didn't get my 1/4 time because one of my IC pipes blew off, so I had to push her off the track :( . That was the last run of the night.

Air down the tires a tiny bit, launch at 4k-5k RPM slipping it out, lean up your air-fuel, and for god sake rev past 5,500RPM! :nice: I ran plenty of 13's before finding 12's, after that it was easy and I could do consistent 12.7's on street tires. I've only been out once this year, and with the extra power I can't get it down into the 12's on 245 street tires, just too much power for the first the gears :(

Just practice man. I cut a 1.9 60' on BFG DR's 275/60/15 not launching full blast with my bolt on car with a messed up tune.

Heat the hell out of the tires and leave hard, just hope nothing breaks...:D
