JH96GT *OFFICIAL* 2010 NFL Thread

Steller. Thank you Dodge you piece of **** rookie for almost closing the door on our season. But then again, we allowed 28 points in the last 7.5 minutes of that game to lose it to the Eagles. Guess we need to have a damn good showing against the Packers so we can clinch a Wild Card. But if you happen to the lose this Sunday, we need a lot of help to clench a playoff berth.

Damn you Matt Dodge.

And 3 years out of the gate. Well guess that isn't enough for some people. Now I guess I'm gonna have to root for the Falcons to kick your ass in the Superbowl.

Overrated? didn't he win a super bowl???

He.... did not win the superbowl, the Giants won due to a lucky catch and a non call but it has nothing to do with that. Hes never been a good QB. How many times do you see Eli throw a 40 yard pass and hit a receiver in stride? Thats right he doesn't. All his receivers have to stop, turn around, and jump up to catch the ball. He throw's everything high and always has. Once he looses a player like burress he goes to crap b/c w/ out a receiver that tall who the hell is going to be able to catch his over thrown pass's :rlaugh:

At least all the teams we've lost to this year have a winning record, unlike the patriot's stellar loss to the BROWNS of all people.

HMMM

the patriots are 7-1 against teams over .500

the steelers have a 3-4 record against teams over .500

http://www.coldhardfootballfacts.com/Articles/2_987_Quality_Standings.html

So the patriots might have lost to the browns but they have also beaten every quality team they faced including the steelers.

( the one loss was against the jets who they beat 45-3 later in the year)

Must I also remind everybody here the 2004 patriots loss a MNF game to the dolphins who were TERRIBLE that year (4-12) and then went on to beat the steelers, colts and the eagles in sb39. there is many other examples of that in NFL history and thats why you can not look at a single loss to a bad team. It's a aberration and means nothing.

On a different subject...

Looking at some statistics I think matter the one team that could be a dark horse is green bay.. They could be the 2010 version of the 2007 giants but better.. this should be a elite team

yep green bay may actually be able to make a run.....i been rooting for favre since i was 5 years old but i like aaron rodgers alot.....looking foward to the jets colts game tonight.
