i have'nt had a chance to get it dyno'd, 1 reason is b/c it's not even been started up yet waiting for clutch and gear install. I'm broke. lol Are u going with trick flow or something? o just saw ur sig what cam r u going to use?
Stage 1 cam and street intake...I want 10.5:1 CR to go with it. I dont go to the track...just dont want to lose to mini vans at street lights anymore...200,100 orginal miles as of today with no major problems...just the ones that "came-up" doing mods.
i have 9.6:1 comp. Which is okay but i'm eventually goin F/I. So i've heard plenty of people tell me if i drive like i stole it then i'll see good numbers. I'm hoping for 12.5's with nitto dr and 3:73 gear. Then i plan to beef everything up as far as suspension and the rear. Also what do u mean u grad' in ford II in 91? Didnt get that.
I am orginally from Sterling Hts (Henry Ford II HS class of 91). Is the idle good and how is the low end torque? I do not want to feel sluggish off the line.
oooooo...... My fault. Dont even worry about the low end u'll have the grunt u want. I was just on gratiot and this guy was cruising as usual on a sat night he had a red hatch w/ some work done i asked him what kind of cam he had and to my suprize he said stg 1 cam. Iasked him how'd he like, he said man at 2500-3000 it fells like a blower j/k he said has a nice lope sounds mean w/ flows. but yeah get that cam and intake and have fun. represent for the gratiot cruisers. lol I have to go but i'm going to check the thread later for ur response. I have not cruz'ed gratiot in 12 years (Joined the Marines my senior yr of HS). Still make the 16 mile to 9 mile loop? The Cops where bad the last time I was there. Had a hard time setting up a run at any of the lights. I will be back tomorrow. later.
