Just a quick 5.0l conversion question...

I just went thru the search feature to refresh my memory on some thing as I am about done with my conversion, and while reading thru some threads, I saw something I didn't see when originally researching this swap.... guys were saying that you need the headlight harness too I'm swapping an 87 SD 5.0 and T-5 into a 92 Coupe. No my quick question is.... is the ONLY difference between the 4cyl and 8cyl headlihght harness the location of the alternator plug?? If so, I don't see why I couldn't get away with using the 4cyl HL harness as I am gonna be converting to an sn95 130amp.... am I correct in this thinking?? I have the 87 donor car complete to I can pull the headlight harness if need be... help.
