I've always loved the Fox bodied Mustang and finally had the opportunity to buy one a few weeks ago. It's not perfect, but it's damn fast and my dream has come true!! I have a squeak in the tranny/clutch. It sounds like bearings going out in a pulley. It goes away when I press the clutch in part way without actually disengaging it. As long as the clutch pedal is out all the way (in gear or neutral) it sqeaks......Any ideas? Thanks for the help in advance. :D

Congrats. Jeff is right - it is more commonly called a TOB (throw out bearing) though.

You can preload the cable a hair to make the noise go away, but I would figure on replacing the bearing (and clutch too perhaps - if you dont know how old this one is).
A steel input bearing retainer is a good idea too (stock is aluminum). The retainer is what the squeaking TOB rides upon.

Good luck.
