I just bought an overflow tank made by Canton that is a direct replacement for our cars. Does anyone seen one or have one on one of our cars? What did you think? Should have it in a few days, I am sure it looks better than stock.

Here is an ebay link of one just like it. I didn't order it from this outfit but it is the same tank.

i read somewhere of those things fitting like garbage. i've spent many $ on my car but i would never spend $150 on an overflow. my moroso $25 can is great, i mounted it in front of the radiator out of sight.

I've thought about one of those over flow tanks, they look good. Pricy.
Let us know how it fits.

Troy does in fact have the first one they made and he had to send it back to them to be modified slightly to fit, but I think they are all fixed now. I have on that a buddy of mine had made for his car but didn't use.

Yeah last I saw it didn't wanna fit in between the ABS controller and the Rad, but that may have been on a Fluidyne equipped 'stang. Let us know how she fits! I'm looking for something to replace mine too, but I have a Fluidyne so clearance is already getting close, I may go with a Moroso catch can and eliminate my coolant level sensor..

What did you do about the sensor? IIRC if you just unplug it the light stays on... Mebbe I'm wrong there though. Oh well, I can always lose a light bulb...

Unpluged it..no light
I have a smaller tank now so it hides nicely.

Has anyone retrofitted/reworked the low-level sensor to fit another bottle (I'm space-challenged as well). I do like having that moron light functional though..............

It seems like it wouldn't be hard to rig a stanchion to function like the stocker............

If you have it in the fenderwell you can revert to checking/filling the system from the actual Rad cap. Worked for years before reservoirs, can work again! lol

Yeah, now that I think about it, mine will have to stay visible too. Tech at the track likes to see them for some reason

yeah i had the first one they made for our years, with the fluidyne and vortech its a tight fit but, i like keeping the sensor too. i made a new bracket to hold it in and that saved some room too.
