The car is a whole different machine... It is keeping up with my buddies 13.9 car (with best of 13.7) DOOR to DOOR until top end of 3rd rolls around... Hes got 3.73s tho, im still stock. Needless to say he flipped me off...after all he is a H/C/I car!! Ok enough boasting... I did it in 2 days with a lift. Pedals took about 2 1/2 hrs out.. 2 hrs in. The donor car had some surface rust on it. I would HIGHLY recommend this swap to anyone wanting more power from their AOD car... My time with AOD was 15.5...now look at her!

Good job. I converted my 2.3L auto to a 5.0L 5 speed. Of course I swapped motors too...but anyways, I had a HCI AOD car....decent, but my stock 5.0L 5 speed would kill that car....hands down.

yeah, either your buddy is horrible at driving or there's something horribly wrong with his car if he's only grabbing high 13's with a h/c/i car. i ran a 13.7@99 with nothing but gears and exhaust.

my car with a stock engine and an AOD went 16.7, was a TURD, the AOD shifted funny.

i added a set of gears and did the t5 swap and went to 13.90s

over almost a 3 second drop. the car felt TOTALLY different.

I ran 13.7 at 103 with my HCI car with an AOD.
