I was just curious as to what mods i would need to swap my 302 out of my 70 convertible with a 351... i believe it was a windsor. if more info is needed i can get any info. The engine he has is turn-key (complete) and just sitting there with the tranny too. Oh btw he said he would give it to me for 400-500. I was thinking of picking it up and putting a stroker kit in it

If it is a windsor...

Different headers
Different dist
different intake
Different accessories and brackets...I think.

And make sure you have adequate cooling. I believe that is it.

the 302 and 351W are almost identical if you have a complete engine assy. The tranny may not be the same though unless it came out of the same car. But you can bolt it up to your existing tranny.

If your going to alter from stock you'll probubly need more radiator, but stock you should be OK. Also depending on what the 351 came out of make sure the water pump fitting is on the same side as your 302 or you'll have to get a different radiator. You can't use the brackets from the 302 on the 351 so you can't just swap the water pump to the opposite inlet.
