Well, awhile back I posted a thread on opinions on paint, and with your guy's help, I decided on a scheme, black on top, scarlet red on the bottom. Came out excellent, I am very happy. What do you guys think?

Here's a pic of the car the day I got 'er:

This is what it looked like on before I sent it to the body shop:

And then... a few weeks later....

Two Days later...

And Now... Took these a few hours ago, sorry about how dark it is, just wasn't light enough in the shop..

What do you guys think?

you mean you just got it painted and youre going to let it collect dust?

on a more serious note, thats a sexy looking car you got there. amazing what some fresh paint will do for a car.

Chip Foose couldn't have done a better choice. Very nice! I like that kind of two tone!

Hahaha calm down guys, dust won't hurt the paint, but washing it will, it's fresh, and cold outside, so I'm going to let it dry for awhile longer before I clean it. Body shop told me to wait at least a month.

As for a price... well... a Lot less than you'd think.

Here's what was involved in the work the body shop did:

Rust repair by sunroof, and on both quarters and hatch
Sand down bumper to bare plastic
Repair Header Panel
Weld in new brackets for the bumper shocks
New driverside fender
Antennae delete on passenger side
Paint and body work
Paint inside hatch jam and remove and paint hatch

All for a low low price of... $2700 CAD so... $2400 USD? I know some people

I'll try and get some pics in the sun for you guys. I'm goin to pick up the hood for it tonight aswell, Mach 2 hood

Thanks for all the great replies though guys!

If you switch those gray bullets out to some black with a polished lip holy **** your car would look amazing. Not saying it doesn't now, the paint job came out beautiful but the black bullets would really bring out the two tone!!
