Just installed 04 motor got ???

Just replaced my broken 00 motor with brand new stock one from KarKraft. Im getting these codes, which I will take to dealer Monday, 1131,0181,0600,0056. A friend suggested that I look at changing the MAF, since Ford went with a different one after my year, I think from 4 wire to 6 wire (or something like that). But after looking, that doesnt look like plug and play. My question is would any of you consider this as something I need to do? and what about my computer, should I change it out?

Check all of your connectors, and make sure you have everything plugged back in good first. Are you using all of your original electronics, including the injectors?

nope engine was complete from intake to oil pan
