Just installed PYPES X-pipe

Man this was easy. I got home from work at 6:30 and by 7:50 I was in the shower. It was boxed up great with good instructions and all bolts etc. The hardest part was getting the front OX sensors disconnected. It would have been easier if it was not still hot. I just drove it on ramps and started at it. The pipe fit great. I took it out quicky and it is not as loud as I thought it would be. I have stock exhaust. It does sound real good when you get on it, but barely louder than stock at idle. No Check Engine light either. I'll do the MIL elim this weekend. I would tell anyone to do it themselves and save the labor costs for more parts.

I did the same thing Sunday except I installed the UPR off-road x. I also have a Steeda Cat-Back. Only problem I had was the header nut wouldn't come off on the passenger side and it tried to strip, ended up going to a friends house with a lift and used an air ratchet to get it off. Went together like butter! Awesome sound too!

First off if you want your car to be really loud H pipe is the way to go even though it produces about 5 less horsepower, second it all depends if you have a nice intake or not, if you have a stock intake you'll be picking up about 10 hp to the wheels and about 15-20 is you have a aftermarket intake, but I have one question, have you taken your car on the freeway yet? thats where you will feel the difference, and topend in the 1/4 mile!! Have fun with it!
