Ah, well yea. That's what happens when someone pops in suggesting that he's making a mistake by ordering now and should wait to have an 07 and further stating that he can have his 07 for the summer but not backing up how he knows this to be a fact. I didn't miss any point.

I don't work for a dealership,,,,I know someone thats not taking anymore orders for any Mustangs because he knows he will not get them.He was nice enough to email me the info
So at the time whatever he ordered that was it...That was sometime in Mid Nov....
And i am sure if he got that info i am sure many others have it,or just not saying it so they get the peoples deposits....JT

Yep I am not a dealer,,,,glad i am not and don't have to worry about losing my job like most of the salespeople loll.Yep I guess my friend can't send me a Email on what his dealership is doing with the Stangs.
Yep I would not want to know Jack about anything about Ford motors and their Junk Bonds lol.....
I am sure you are one of the Salespeople that take the persons deposit and can sleep very well at night.Knowing that the car will not come in.

So you are believing a salesperson, who by the way if you don't remember, been ragging on in this entire post. Just so you know, dealers with large allocations can get cars quickly.

Order placed on 01/18 was already built on 2/6 and dealer eta the week of 02/27! We also have 22 GT's status 7 (shipped awaiting arrival) and another 18 status 2 (built or acknowledged).

Once again, I am only trying to help all of those that are still awaiting their cars! If you are waiting longer than 8wks, maybe you guys should find or order your car from a large volume dealer and fly in to pick it up.

I never said I knew of any salespeople,I know the Owner of a Ford Mazda Toyota dealer from a Medium size dealer.Yep they are not the biggest or the smallest.
How come you don't know the dates when you can place a order on a GT?Maybe your just a salesman that can be replaced at anytime?Some dealers i see have 10 salespeople standing around hawking around the first person that comes in.Glad that I am not from a small city where the only options are selling cars or going into the Army.The smart ones come to NYC looking for jobs and end up going home selling cars lol...JT

I really don't know why you keep making personal stabs at me. I do know the dates, and I am not familiar with your March ordering info. I think that you are just the type that likes to argue to here yourself talk.

NYC, yeah the smart ones. Lets pay $3000 a month to stay in a 800sqft apartment and take a cab everyday to work to make 60k a year.

$60,000 hummmm wonder why anyone would want to work for $60,000?I think thats what unemployment pays but then again I never had unemployment.
I know a few people that have little spaces on Park Ave South but I think they are paying alot more then that.
Ohhh I am not picking on yea I would like to see all the good folks on this sight to know whats going on.
I could never live where yeaaa are,wakeup and go to the waffle house and read the local paper lol.
Naaaaa I ratter stay here in Montauk and enjoy the 3 seasons.(winter sucks but no vacationers}...........................JT

The problem is you didn't and don't know for sure what's going on but you acted like your info was gold. You were acting like an inside source with all that, "These are the dates WE received" Instead of just telling everyone that you had a friend says these are the dates you put way more on info that might be wrong. Well I ordered my stang from a very small rural dealer in sw ohio. They told me the standard 6-8 weeks. I told them 12-16 weeks. It looks like it will be about 10-11 weeks till the time I m driving the Stang I actually want. Hopefully my tax return is back before then! LOL... Also they didn't charge me a penny for a deposit to order my car. I stopped in at my dealer 2 weeks ago to look at 2 stangs ordered before me. He informed me I was next in line. Sure enough 1 day later the evil voice on the 1800 number said My car is to be built the week of 2/20. Perfect timing, I hope! Just need the tax return for my deposit. Told the dealer this. His reply... No problem if you want I'll put it on the showroom floor so everyone can be jealous and keep out of the elements! I have enjoyed the experience. The dealer has been very helpful and honest. Wow now that my hands are cramping... Good day.

My dealer was the opposite. I received my 06 in early September about 6 weeks ahead of the time frame I was given. I called one day to see if I had a build date and they said, "no, but it's done and on the train, come in Monday and pick it up!" O'Meara Ford in Denver. Everybody there was great to deal with and I'd have to say it was my best car buying experience. That all happened after replacing my order with them late after being screwed around by another dealer. I had to cancel my order, get my deposit back and in late july I placed a new order with O'Meara.

As I stated before, the dealership I work at was in the TOP 40 in the nation! The mustang helps the car line, but the dealership actually revolves around the F-Series line up. We really are not dependant on monster mustang sales at all, but it all helps the bottom line.

Dude just chill man, you been jabberjaws about "this is the info we got" and now it turns out that you are just listening to a dealer like everyone else.

Hey let me guess, this guy you supposedly know is going to sell you a Shelby at invoice as well.
