I was in the back of my friends maxima today and we pulled next to a GTO with a 4" cowl hood. It said 5 LITER EATER on it so I rolled down the window and asked what he had. He shrugged and took off holy **** that thing must have had a 418 in it. Then we pulled up back next to him and he just shook his head. Just a nice ass car. Sounded amazing.
BTW It was a newer GTO probably 03 or somehting.

i guess you really like torque thrusts too....on another note, no one is going to take a new GTO and put a 418 in it which isnt even a GM motor....it was probably jsut stock with a catback or something, and a cowl hood......

Yeah probably just stock. It's fast but still a ripoff and ugly. I'm still pissed at my dad for buying a $15,000 Harley when he was also considering a 67-69 GTO.

that judge is identicle to my uncles old one. Another one of my uncles has a 67gto vert. stashed in his barn thats been on blocks forever it seems the old man wont part with it.
As for me when you guys start talking muscle cars. It reminds me of the first car I almost bought till i found some rust. It was a 70 Cuda with a 440 6pack. Man I kick myself all the time for not buying that car.

My dad has a 65 GTO with a 400 big block. I've driven it twice and that thing is a beast. I never even laid into all the way and it still launches like no ones business. It kicks the back end out without you even trying.

The new GTO's suck. I bitch slapped one at the track a few wks ago that did not even get out of the 14's . Not to impressive for a 5.7 liter. Granted the driver prob sucked.
