Just thought id post up a few pics of my 88 Mustang lx notch 2.3...with under 13k original miles. My grandmother bought it new in 88, only took out it in sunny days and never after oct 31st. and never before march 31st each year. I always loved this car, and i was able to purchase it off of her before see passed away this year. She always wanted me to have it, since I have a love with Mustangs... Just thought I would post a few pics over here for you guys..Needless to say, It get started once a month and stays under covers, its a peice of history now. I have since vacuumed the car out, prolly all the original sand in it haha. the only thing changed on teh car is the battery, everything else is original. Enjoy

.

Its in really good shape and wow it gets 849.1 miles on less than 1/2 tank, that would be something like 141 mpg. They just don't make them like that anymore.

Take care if everything is original, something may blow if you really start to drive her.

haha yea i guess no reason to reset that the trip odometer. thing is it prolly toook 5 years to get that high on there.

i dont drive it, theres no reason to drive it at this point. I have my 2 other mustangs to drive, this can be my garage queen. I dont need some punk to sideswipe me and have something of this caliber ruined just because i wanted to take it out.

What im curious is, what is it worth now? I know ill never sell it, but i cant think of any mint original 2.3 cars around here, or for that matter still a 2.3, any nice ones have since been chaged to an 5.0 , or been junked from the rot, or wrecked... I chatted with one guy in NJ Had a rerally nice one at englishtown for a show one year, but that too had like 70,000 miles on it, and had paint bubbling.
