Intake wise I'd lean towards a Holley or Edelbrock RPM. Cam wise a comp 35-312-8 would work really well. It specs out at 220/224 .544/.560 114 LSA and run it on a 114 ICL. It should drive excellent and make peak power at 5800-5900 ish with boost and shift out at 6300/6400ish. Personally I like to run smaller cams and install them without any preground advance (True straight up postion). This way it pulls to a higher RPM like a bigger cam that's advanced, but the smaller one drives nicer.

performer RPM II, i've actually personally seen a similiar setup "but with a T70turbo:p " run this intake with very good results.",But on your Cam choice i would go with a Custom Grind from Comp, then they can match the cam with the rest of your package and hopefully pull every Square inch of power from it, and i know thats what your looking for.
