K&N FilterCharger and Strut Tower brace - 04 Mach

Will these two play together?

Me thinks I'll have to ditch the strut tower brace...maybe I can have it modified, but it doesn't seem like it will allow room for the tube.

I tried installing it last night, but I quit after finding this conflict, I just put it back to stock. Next I wanted to try removing the STB, install the CAI, and then try to re-install the STB.

I believe the STB is either Steeda or MM. It's just a 2 point STB.

MM only sells 3 point STB's. It is probably a Steeda. My Vortech discharge piping clears the 99-04 GT MM STB. I am sure some Mach owners will have a definite answer to this.

Thanks Josh. The MRT CAI worked with the STB, but that MRT CAI was, in the end, a hunk of junk. The rubber adapter that transitioned from the round inlet tube to the oval TB was SO soft it ended up ripping. I tossed that a few months ago.
