KB Cold Air Kit ??

OK here is the situation. I currently have the KB cold air kit on my 00 GT with the KB supercharger. The problem is that this intake tube has been chafing my strut tower and has almost rubbed a hole through. I have tried to reposition this tube several times with no adequate clearance. I have a BBK cold air kit I had prior to the supercharger and was wondering if this would be suffient enough to supply the air I need for the supercharger. I realize I may sacrifice a few horsepower but the BBK kit looks alot better. What do you guys think? I want to swap out the kit tomorrow so any advice would be appreciated.

I wouldn't go back to the BBK CAI. Prior to installing my KB CAI Kit, I had the BBK CAI Kit on and it made my car to run a tad lean. The 90 degree bend in front of the MAF was throwing off the readings of the stock MAF. Talk to Ken about this situation.
