The IC'ed 9 PSI kit is the better option, IMO. But if that proves to be too much $$ for now, the non-IC'ed 6 PSI kit should suffice; I'm sure you'll still enjoy it. You can always add the IC later.

I'll guarantee that you didn't see any non intercooled KB's making that amount of power with a bone stock car. There were definitely upgrades done to the exhaust and intake to see those kinds of numbers. Bolt-ons (even seemingly minor ones) go a long way when supercharging.
