How major is the install?

What have you all been charged for the install, if you didn't do it yourself??

Sounds good. Can anybody post the price list for me? I don't have Acrobat. Anybody else chime in about the 9PSI kit, install, etc.

If you are mechanically inclined, the install should be easy for you. If you are not, then you will need to spend a weekend on the project. I paid for the installation of my kit $600.

I'm reading 9 psi at WOT on my boost gauge. As far as I know the GT stock block is good to about 450 rhwp (?), so 400+ should be safe. But it all boils down to you driving habits and maintenance of your power plant. DON'T EVER LET YOUR ENGINE PING!

High 11's, low 12's.
I did 12.3 @ 114 in Phoenix my first time out. Only mod other than the KB was a Magnaflow catback. This with stock gearing, full tank of gas, luggage, tools, etc. I think the car has an 11 in it as it sits with more practice and less weight. I have seen others post times in the high 11's.

I will send the video to someone who can host it, I am usually at school for 60+ hours a week so I don't get to look to much. As far install, it was fairly straight forward thanx to KB instruction book which they did a really good job on. The hardest part for me was finding a set of stock pullies, since I had steedas underdrives on before the blower. Most people tell me I am asking for trouble at 400+ rwhp, but with my tune I think I am okay as long as I don't beat the living piss outta the car (that is really hard not to do with the amount of fun it is to drive ) The chip KB sends is fine but I wanted mine custom tuned for extra safety and the fact that I move alot so I drive in different weathern conditions all the time so I have a summer and winter tune for the car. DTP in VA tuned it and did a wonderful job, they will be tuning it again when my bottom end goes in and I get some more boost. On the dyno mine hit 10lb's at WOT on the 9lb pulley! This thing is rediculous. I went 12.2 @ 114 on street tires and my saftey tune (only make 400rwtq instead of the 422) and that was granny shifting although I did pull a 1.86 60' on my street tires. With better tires this is def an 11 sec car. I highly reccommend the kit to all. Again if someone will host the vid then I will send it out. I have other vids too...

edit: If you hit me on IM I will send it to you that way also AIM name is UNHINDOOR
