I am about 3 days from ordering the 9 lb. kit but I am curious about trying to use my existing BBK cold air kit instead of buying the cold air/90mm mass air/ 75 mm throttle body. Any recommendations or should I just bite the bullet and buy the entire kit. You guys with the kit already do you have any regrets? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The BBK CAI's 90 degree bend in front of the stock MAF may throw off the MAF readings and cuase your car to run lean.

Only regret I have is not doing it sooner. I would bite the "Bullitt" and get the CAI, 90mm maf, 75 mm tb and get it over with. You will end up doing it sooner or later anyway. If you don't get the above I would use the stock air box and snorkel over the BBK because of the bend.

KB says on their site not to mix and match intake parts, due to throwing off the tune. I bit the bullit and got the whole big tube/90mm MAF setup when I ordered mine last week. Speaking of, it should be here any day!!
