Kenny Brown subframes & side exhaust??!!

I want to put Kenny Brown subframe connectors on my car, I got a great deal on them and since I have a vert I kind of need them. my only problem is that I want to run side exhaust, either spintech, or that custum magnapack setup being sold on ebay. will I have enough ground clearance? BTW, I have BBK springs on the car. will any subframes fit?

Dr Gas makes subframes for side exhaust - I don't see them online, but I did see them in their ad in one of the mustang mags.
