well, not really, but i had to reregister with a different user name since i sold my old coupe. anyway, now i have a 2001 Bullitt #2462 Dark Highland Green. not too much performance stuff on it really, i bought it like it is, so now i have to make it run like i want. but everything else is done, so that's a plus. here are a couple pics, let me know what you think...

What happened to the stock hood and bumper?

They need to be re-installed to make it a Bullitt again...

of course! you should have spent money on preventative maintenance rather than making it look better than a stock bullitt.

i asked the guy who had the car before me that very same question, and he didn't want to really talk to me. he had to sell the car because of a bad divorce, so his loss was my gain. but i do plan to put a stock GT bumper back on it really soon. i will be leaving the cobra hood for now. that is until i can afford a cowl hood.

McQueen:
If you have an old account, I could just merge the two accounts and have this new user name be displayed.

PM me if you want it fixed. Otherwise, welcome back.

ok cool, pm me when you get home, if my money is right for the paint work, we might work it out. as for taking your car out for a spin? no need, thanks for the offer, but i have already been in contact with Modular Powerhouse about a KB Whipple, so...we'll have to see.

haha awesome. you will love it. The paint work shouldnt actually be that bad on your end since your painting over white, i imagine it would just need to be sanded down some and primered and painted. as far as going green to white... a little more work i guess. oh well

Your car looks absolutely amazing! I'd keep it the way it is. What size tires do you have out back?

Thanks! after doing some more investigating, i just may leave it alone and concentrate on power. as for the rear tires 285/35/18 Nitto 555's.

Very nice. I'd just leave the hood and bumper as they are and spend money on go-fast mods instead.

Don't put a GT bumper on, cobra bumper has more room for an intercooler - and it looks cooler!
