I recently dumped the codes and came up with KOEO 15.
This code is for the ROM or READ ONLY MEMORY.
So I took out the SCT computer chip and the code went away.
My questions
#1 does the computer chip (SCT 4 Bank) override the ROM function and take its place?
#2 If the ROM test failed due to the SCT chip, does this mean the computer has to relearn all of its settings everytime I start the car?
