Or do I have the high pressure one? This is a screen shot from walbro’s website:

P/N is what I have and it says “high pressure”. Just curious.

And ChatGPT says:

LMR lists it as the high pressure version. Or are you talking I need something else?

Now, I am not sure. When I looked, the 340 was listed as 255L +/- @ 40 psi while the 342 was listed at 255L +/- at 80 psi.

Your listing shows it as a high pressure pump.

Only way to be certain is to have a wideband. You got one of those or plans for one?

Ya I’m a little confused too. I think the GSS317 is the 255lph “OEM” pressure one. LMR specifically says on their site this is recommended for boosted applications up to 500hp.

Either way, I’m sure it’ll be fine for my current build and if I need to upgrade later on then so be it.

And I have a wideband with all the wiring ran, just need to have the bung welded into my xpipe- dragging my feet on that.

Emailed MM *again* asking for status. Last communication was on 9/3/25 with a response saying 2 weeks for all your parts or sooner. So i waited 2 weeks to reach back out. I basically said just please send me the urethane rack bushings and the steering shaft. I feel like i'm getting the runaround on the Kmember brace and thats holding up my other orders. They said at the beginning of AUGUST it was "going out for powder coating"... then at the beginning of September mentioning "backordered" parts. Hmm. Kmember brace is not important to me at this time so i tried to give them a priority list.

Edit: MM's response is they are making the parts and there's nothing to ship out at the moment (regarding my priority list request). If there's nothing to ship out, how was my kmember brace going out for powder coating a month and a half ago? Again, not an issue with that part, but something isn't adding up. Still love those guys tho. Getting ever so slightly frustrated so just venting.

Have to just called them? I would get all the emails open and then call them. Tell them you want to talk to a sales manager. Explain to that person the order of events and emails and then tell them to provide an honest update. I would also let them know that they do have great parts and from what you have seen on the forums great customer service but unfortunately it has not been for your order(s). Sometimes emails just don’t drive a point home like a phone call.

Nah I haven’t called yet. I’m irked but not to the point of really complaining about it (outside of venting here). I’ve been cordial in my communications with their sales rep. Since I have other projects to do it’s not like 100% priority. Been working on the hood vents project more lately.

On a side note my replacement Motorcraft TFI module from RockAuto came and I AM able to get the test light to come on with this one. I still want to do the DVM tests a member posted above, but at least it’s getting the tester to light up, good sign.

Whats everyones opinion on caliper color for a red car? Current calipers are red, but i kind of don't like the red on red especially since they don't match hues. With this forever ongoing steering rack job and my wheels off... i've been staring at my calipers every night thinking about it. Could be a good time to paint them.

lol, again, right after I say I never see foxes near me, saw this bad boy driving right down the street from my house:

Had some kind of blower on it with a loud whistle. Was in really good shape. Super loud bypass valve/wastegate/blow off valve, bunch of gauges inside. Very lopey cam when idling next to me. 5 lug 4 wheel disk brakes and FR500 wheels I believe, A+

Calipers are done.

Now just waiting on steering parts to come in from MM.

Started cutting the hood, but didn't get far 1. because i usually don't have the time to use a cutting wheel with the house empty (its loud!) and 2. i mustve burned up one cutting disk because i cut like a 2" line from one corner on the passenger side, was going to cut another 2" line on the drivers side but the cutting disk seemed to have lost its bite. Maybe i got it too hot or used too much pressure when making the first cut. I have more disks and have replaced the original one, now just need the time to do it. These are the Dewalt metal cutting specific disks btw.
