well that depends on make and type of tyre, plus what rim diameter and profile wheel you want.

Have a look here and click on the 'Size and Spec' link

http://www.nittotire.com/tires_555r.asp

It appears that anywhere from a 245 to 275. If in doubt check with they tyre manufacturer.

I Have 275/40/17's On Mine. Thats About As Wide As You Can Get On The Stock Wheel. It Seemed To Provide Much More Grip Over Stock.

Not on the stock 17x8" wheels that he has..305's would be very dangerous and probably wouldn't even fit on an 8" wheel...

275 is the absolute max I'd put on an 8" wheel, and even that's not the most desireable unless they are Nitto DR's since they run narrow...255 or the stock 245's are probably the best bet for other tire manufacturers...

I will probably go with 275s to be safe. Has anyone gotten the new G-Force KDWs? I am deciding between those and the Nitto DRs. And how do the DRs work in the rain (I'm sure they aren't too good, but how much worse than stock?)

Anything over 255 will probably worsten your handling and give you a rolling effect.
