Ok so Im gonna work on putting my tach in tomorow. Its a 3 3/8" piece, that Im gonna mount right in front of the stocker. If someone could just please tell me quick what wire goes where, and where its easiest to make these connections thatd be great. And Im going to search a bit more right now so lay off search police.
Thanks

I just put in my autometer one a couple days ago. one wire goes to headlight switch, one wire to negative battery terminal, one wire to 12V positive ignition source (ignition switch under steering column), and one wire goes to coil or MSD box. good luck with it

now the one to the coil; did you just wrap it around or did you tap it into the wire?

Yes, the green wire is the tach wire. Negative side of the coil, or the tach port on an MSD box.
