Im going to the track tomorrow and sage2k said I can use his nittos for a run or two.

Since I have never launched on nittos, what would be the best RPM to launch at with 3.73's?

Well, it is going to depend a lot on track prep.
Do your burn out in second gear and get them hot to where it will almost stall the car.
Then launch somewhere between 3000-4500rpm. If you bog go higher. If you slide all over go lower.
You will also want to slip the clutch a bit off the line.
You'll feel the rearend grip and lift the frontend. It will plant you in your seat.
That is the time to let off the clutch and floor the go pedal.

Takes a lot of practice.

I did it at 3500 and at first I dropped the clutch, then I heard a scratch, so I pressed the clutch in some, so all I got was really slightly more than a chirp. I got a 2.0 60. Which isnt great, but for my first run on drag radials ever, Im pretty happy.

I bent a stock rear axle with Nitto D/Rs. Just warning you of the possibility. The stock units aren't very sticky tire friendly. That being said with what you have in your sig I'd try to slip it out from 3.5k to 4k.

Although Jackie Chan cuts some impressive 60s on his...

so far ive had over 20 runs on my nittos and my axles are fine but i havent cut anything better than a 2.0 60 foot :(

If you decide to get some new axles, I can help you guys swap them out. Its not hard. My next plans are tires, short shifter, a few suspension things, then some Superior or Moser axles.
