Sep 23, 2014 #4 Sep 23, 2014 #4 Obviously it would depend on where you will be in WV as its a big state, but Laurel is located more on the southwestern side of PA. As a ball park reference its kind of south of Pittsburgh and not too far above the MD/WV boarder.
