LCA and UCA pros and cons

I have read a bit about the installs and seen some great pics on it too and it looks like a job that can be done at home but I've also heard alot about ride, noise etc ...anyone that has installed them if could tell what kind you have and the likes and dislikes that would be great. Thanks

i installed my BMR non adj. lca's last week (very easy) and don't notice any more road noise than before, and no more ungodly hop either!

What did you pay for the BMR LCA's? I am looking into getting LCA's, and the Steeda billet ones are a bit on the pricey side.
