I searched, I found out what this is, but no mention of how to get it off. Is it a pickle fork candidate or what? Sorry for the dumb question, just like to ask here before I force/pry something I shouldnt. Thanks!

You might want to take the weight off of it first.

I guess I should have taken a picture of the other side. The nut is off and it has a similar disc/washer/(weight?) over the threaded side that I cant slide off and I cant unscrew because of the lips on the plate either side of it. Its like the cam eccentric, ya know the hole isnt in the center.

Make sure the car isn't resting on the suspension on that side (remove the weight) they pull the bolt out. That's all there should be to it, the eccentrics are just plates with offset holes right? They're not threaded.

This is the last piece of the susp to come off so there is no weight on it. I didnt think it was threaded but I will try again, Thanks.

just tap it through with a hammer and a screwdriver. ther may be 2 nuts on the backside with one being a lock nut, so make sure you have all the nuts off.
