LCA's

MM it is.

One more thing, I'm looking at subframe connectors, but I'm concerned that it'll make changing the exhaust a pain in the ass.
don't see how it would, standard Full Length Subframes won't contact with the exhaust anywhere, if anything it will be better since you will have more jacking points to use

Can anyone tell me why everyone is replacing their lower control arms? Why even bother?

You guys doing it as a "weight reduction" thing, or do aftermarket LCA actually helping your handeling or drag racing in some way...

I honestly see a lot of you guys changing them out and i haven't figured out why yet lol

Aftermarket Control Arms are stronger than the factory ones and the bushings in them absorb a lot better. So therefore, you get a good bit better traction. Not sure about the weight loss in the MM, they were pretty heavy actually imo. They just help keep the wheels planted under hard/quick acceleration. :nice:

traction, its got nothing to do with saving weight. also lets you remove the quad shocks.

Here, scroll down and read up on rear suspension: http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/t_suspension.htm

Im sure there may be some discrepancies that some on here would disagree with in that link, but they have the jist of it.
Theres a picture towards the bottom of the page, its exactly what my MM LCA's look like.

better bushings, solid structure, less bind, decreases wheel hop, reduces wind-up of the axle, urethane or delrin replace stock cheap mass produced rubber bushings that wear down from fluids
