Leaf Spring Perch Measurement?

1. Hi All,​
   I need the correct/exact measurement, center to center, for leaf spring perches on a 68 Coupe.​
   I've been given a good 8" rear from a 66-69 Fairlane (perfect width/wrong perches) and being that​
   my original 8" housing has been messed with/tortured, I can't trust the measurements from it.

mustangs 64 1/2 to 73 have the same pad to pad measurement
43 inches center to center. you mill want to make sure the pads
are welded with the propper degree or the pinnion angle will
be wrong
