WOW! lol

He has a cobra rear bumper now, even the SVT emblem on the trunk lid. You cant tell its not a cobra unless you look at the airbag or the gauges, or ofcourse pop the hood.

And to be honest, I bet his car would spank a number of the cars on this board

Me and my dad built that motor.

Or will you still rip on me cuz its not a factory cobra? Yea yea i know its bad, and you guys have alot make fun of me for, but i was going to take this GT and make it a full cobra and yea i should have got the badges LAST, but i got them for free and so, a buddy and I put them on. So If that so bad, Then keep the thread going on making fun of my car....

Cobra aint a cobra without the VIN.

...when you sell the car the vin still says "Mustang GT"

with all the money you spent on apint and body work you could have just drop a 4V in and called it a day

As long as he doesn't tell people it's a cobra i'm fine with it. Personally i would have left GT badges on it even with the 4V and made it a sleeper. But as long as the car doesn't go the route of Gone In 60 Second's "GT-500E" BULL SHIIIIIT where it's actually a 67 fastback and they make even mustang fans start to recreate shelby's - then it should be ok.

I've seen an actual GT-500 redone to make it look that way, friggin sacrilegious

Trust me.. there is NO point in telling people it is a real cobra. Looking under the hood kinda tells it all and makes me look even worse...

And Iam sure everyone on here thinks now that Iam some Huge Doushbag for my Fobra, but its my 1st mustang and yes Iam still learning everyday about it more and more. I guess i learned a good lesson...

Maybe to make everyone else happy i'll put some 99-04 GT badges on (as long as people dont make fun of me for that too for it being the wrong year and all.. jk)

with a stock npi gt motor you don't go very fast mines pretty stock, its decently quick but not a whole lot of umph.. a 5 point harness and a racing seat is kinda over kill lol and to have just one.. yea.. sure

well, i for one am done. Just tired of the "i hate this car, this look is acceptable this isn't" and "NPI's are so slow" trends that have popped up lately. Just wish people would think for themselves and not bash those who do (concerning opinions and taste)

lol didnt know you had to own the car to have the avator.. i guess that means you should take the girl out of their, because you don't have a chance

JK man

As far as the NPI's are slow, thats not so much me.. i own one.. for how it runs being a gt, it is slow.. its sad but true. I'm plenty fine with it though.. it can be slow as it wants but it still gets the poontang
