grey leather here as well. drivers seat is how should i say, not ripped but kinda cracking, but not bad enough to worry about now. when i bought the car guy said he had the passenger seat re done so im sure theres places that can do just one seat. actually there's probably alot of people that dont need the full kit, i bet you could buy a full kit and sell the rest on e bay or in here for the seats you didint need.
i've seen sevral leather interiors, i would have nothing else in it because it really kinda helps off set any chinsy stuff about the rest of the interior. expensive to fix though........worth it i think.....heres a link to a pic of my interior, if it loaded right....
