The Blue screen is a Rev/Speed Meter by APEXi. I got it mainly because it have the sickest G-meter display and when i hit up the track i can see see the G's...Plus it has a Really sick 100 lap Stopwatch setting with memory for lap times.
I got mine off ebay from thunderbolt-motorsports.com for half price. I believe they still sell them on their homepage. Be prepared to spend a lot of $$$ though.
On a side note does anyone know where to get the hvac control "guage" setup similar to what I have for cheap (the reverse el glow or whatever they are called)??
