This post right here sold me on my next set of pads. You're a clean freak Handz. I HATE brake dust. Porterfield for me.

I've had lots of good luck with Advance and Auto Zone parts; got lots of miscellaneous stuff from them when I was putting my blower on (water hoses, hose fittings, PCV hose, vacuum hose, etc, etc.), and haven't had a problem with any of it.

That being said, I will NOT be buying another set of brake pads from them. I bought some rear pads a few months ago, and I hate them. They stop great, or so they seem, but make a relatively large amount of noise compared to the fronts, and the dust is ridiculous. They'll dust up a noticeable amount in my 125 mile drive from home to school. I'll definitely be getting something else when I do the fronts this summer, and I'm contemplating going ahead and getting something new for the rear as well.

I'll look into some Porterfields, because as slick35thgt said, if Handz approves, I'm assuming that they are good.
