Anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced place to get plates restored with a quick turn around? Preferably on the west coast.

I've wondered about that too. My car has the blue and yellow plates, which I don't really like. I would like the old black and yellow plates, but any available ones are usually shot to hell....I have been told that painting my currant plates to the old color would be illegal and I would hate to get stopped and towed for something so petty.....
