Life span of shocks/struts/front end components

I have 59K on my '99 GT and the front end doesn't feel loose, but the car "tracks" worse than ever, follows ruts and bumpsteers. Some of it is the cheap @$$ Sumitomo tires that came with the AFS Cobra replica wheels I'm sure, but I am wondering if the tie rod ends and/or ball joints may be going as well. I have the FRPP "B" series springs, so it is a little lower, but not too much. Would the shocks/struts going out cause this as well?

having bigger tires will cause more tracking feel, if you still have your stock rims put them back on and drive around and see if it's just the newer size bullitt reps

my ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks/struts were shot by about 70K. That was a fun project

If the car doesnt feel loose it probably isnt. I'd say its the tires...

I say at 59k the stock shocks and struts, which are garbage IMHO, need replacing. It will feel like a whole new car...

Need to inspect ball joints, steering rack bushings, and tie rod ends while you are in there...

Sadly, you will have to decide what to install.
