I don't think they're good much past 50k miles IMO. Back when mine had that many miles it road ROUGH, its got 64k now and I still have the same shocks. I road in my brother in laws 03 GT with like 5k miles on it and it road like a cadillac compared to mine.

I'm working on springs/shocks/struts soon though so I'm not worried.

Well, you might want to check on the Mach1 shocks, they might have slightly less travel since the Mach is lower from the factory... not sure.

As for 03 GT shocks, should work fine. They're probably the same as whats on your car and mine.

well when i put my drag shocks on they had considerabley less travel than my stock ones did, & they worked great. so i think that they should work aight, with no problems

Might as well get tokico premiums (same as bullitt strut/shock) package. You can try www.gefracing.com or www.stangstore.com or www.fordpartsnetwork.com . they are super cheap and will be a little bit noticably better than stock.
