a local guy is selling some southside lift bars. he says they are for fox bodies. i thought that they were the same for out years. so will lift bars fit on both our years as well as foxes? thanks for the input.
yea, i saw those on summit and the ones that i am looking at are actually almost identical to these http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=LAK-21314&view=32&N=700+4294908331+0 and those say for 79-93 mustang. i do not understand why the ones that you posted, as well as LCA's in general will fit both, but then the ones that i posted say that they will only work for up 93s.
I bet the bracketry around the shock mount is what makes the difference. You could run the LCA and not use the two brackets that lower the arm. But, to get the full benefit I would just get the right parts.
thanks for the info. now i talked to the guy again and now he says that he thinks that they will fit my car. man i am really confused. does any one know a definitive answer as to if they will fit
